This machine was developed for RDSO Lucknow for the testing of elastomeric pads. The Elastomeric pads are rubber bonded with metal plates in sandwich form of size as 205mm x 178mm x 75mm. These pads are used to support railway bogies on axles as an anti-vibrant component.
The machine was completely designed and developed by our team while working in Rajiv Hydraulics Pvt. Ltd. Delhi. The machine was successfully commissioned at RDSO premises Lucknow and testing of pads were performed as per the standards.

The oil hydraulics system has a load capacity designed for a maximum of 30 tons, operating within a working range of 7 to 22 tons.
It follows a semi-sinusoidal load pattern at a frequency of 1-3 Hz, while the fixture is positioned for a 10° pad orientation and 50mm offset, ensuring versatile and precise operation.
This Engine Powered Hydraulic Jacking System was developed for the servicing and maintaining the railway bogies. There are four jacks with the provision of position locking through nut for the purpose of safety to avoid overhauling.
The gross lifting capacity is 20 tons. The jacks are fitted symmetrically under the bogie to be lifted and pressurized by the remotely located power pack through sufficiently long hydraulic hoses of rated capacity. The power pack is operated through a diesel engine.
All the jacks move at the same speed maintaining the level with the help of a flow divider. This complete system was designed and developed by our team while working in Rajiv Hydraulics Pvt. Ltd.
This system was commissioned at one of the railway yards in Delhi and it was functioning up to the satisfaction level of the service team. For easy maneuvering of the heavy power pack a well design trolley was suitably attached.

The oil hydraulics system, powered by a diesel engine, has a lifting capacity of 20 tons. It operates with a stroke of 250mm, utilizing four jacks for enhanced stability. A safety provision is in place with a piston rod equipped with a nut and screw mechanism.
Friction Stir Welding (FSW) is relatively a new joining process produces no fumes, uses no filler material, it is environment friendly and can join several metals and alloys such as aluminium, copper, magnesium, zinc, steel.
It uses a cylindrical shouldered tool with a profiled probe rotated and slowly plunged into the weld joint between two metal pieces of sheet or plate that are to be welded together.
Frictional heat is generated between the tool and the material causing the work piece to soften without reaching the melting point and then mechanically intermixes the two pieces of metal at the place of the joint further softened metal due to the elevated temperature is joined using mechanical pressure applied by the tool.
This leaves a solid phase bond between the two pieces. Because melting does not occur and joining takes place below the melting point of the material, a high-quality weld is produced. This characteristic greatly reduces the ill effects of high heat in-put including distortion and solidification defects.
FSW sometimes produces a weld that is stronger than the base material.

Technical Specifications:
Electric Motor: 1 HP / Single Phase / 1500 rpm, Material Compatibility: Aluminium Alloy, Thickness of Joint: 2mm to 6mm, Tool Rotational Speed: 500-3000 rpm, Tool Angle of Tilt: 0-5° from the vertical, Welding Speed: 200 mm/min, Tool Thrust Mechanism: Mechanical, Maximum Tool Thrust: 10kN.
These specifications guarantee precision and efficiency for your welding projects.
